Drilled Shaft Anomaly Repair

Since 2018, CM Engineering Solutions has specialized in repairing drilled shaft anomalies, successfully addressing around 150 cases to date. The repair process involves analyzing your test reports, CSL or TIP, to evaluate the anomaly's dimensions and position. We then devise a coring strategy to effectively reach the anomaly, execute hydro demolition to eliminate as much harmful material as possible, cleanse the area with high-volume, low-pressure water and air to clear away any remaining debris, and ultimately fill the anomaly with a robust, non-shrinking grout to finalize the repair.
